Indoor Plastic Distribution Box and cabinets generally require cold-rolled steel plates that meet national standards. The thickness of the steel plate is 1.2~2.0mm, of which the thickness of the steel plate of the switch box body shall not be less than 1.2mm, the thickness of the steel plate of the Plastic Distribution Box body shall not be less than 1.5mm.
The IP protection level of Plastic Distribution Box is based on GB/T4942.2-93 "Enclosure Protection Level of Low-Voltage Electrical Apparatus". According to the technical requirements of different distribution boxes, different IP protection levels are selected. The shape and structure of the distribution box and switch box should be rain-proof and dust-proof. The protection level shall not be lower than IP21 when opening the door and not lower than IP44 when closing the door.
