Why choose a waterproof case for instruments?

The traditional instrument case is an aluminum alloy case, which is beautiful, light, and has certain protective functions. However, in recent years, waterproof cases have gradually replaced aluminum alloy boxes and become the main body of the production of instrument boxes.

However, there are still many problems with the aluminum alloy case as an instrument case:

1. The box mechanism is not strong enough, and it is easy to fall apart after a few bumps.
2. Not resistant to high temperature and easy to deform.
3. not waterproof, a little rain can penetrate into the box, and so on. These problems can be said to be fatal to the box used to package the instrument.       

The appearance of waterproof case can be said to have entered a new field for the instrument packaging industry.

1. Because waterproof cases are integrally formed by injection molding, the shell of the box has a stable structure and a solid surface. It is not damaged when dropped from a floor of more than ten meters (after ten rounds of testing), and the box has a strong compressive capacity (up to 5 tons) vehicle pressure test).
2. The protection level of the box is IP67, and the waterproof and dustproof performance is excellent. For some harsh environmental conditions such as sand, rainstorm, and flooding, there is no need to worry about these factors causing damage to the instruments in the box.
3. There is a card slot bracket in the box, which makes it extremely simple to install the instrument panel.
4. The waterproof case is resistant to high temperature, and it is not easy to deform in high temperature weather or environment.
5. The handle link is a stainless steel chain, which is firm. If the instrument is heavy, there is no need to worry about the handle falling off.

6. The case has thick lines, which is more suitable for instrumentation and has a deep feeling, which is more realistic than the beauty of the aluminum alloy box.
